28 days into the new year and I have yet to spend more than 5 minutes of my time on cardio. But with the help of this infographic, being a healthy and sexy marathon runner is looking a little more attainable.

I was using this Infographic primarily as a week to get back into shape, but if you’re more of a competitor, there’s also a calendar of upcoming marathons this year.
