Simple and easy.
Almond Tarte.
With a flakey leaf lard crust
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar
Dash of almond essence
1 cup of chopped almonds
pinch of salt
boil all of the above until its caramel colored
bake tarte shell for 20 minutes, add almond mixture, and bake another 25 minutes. Let it cool.
